Some have mentioned they are a bit tired but the bed was one of the comfiest I have stayed in and the room was spacious and had every thing we needed included umbrella, hairdryer etc and restocked with daily water. The food was great, the rooms we had were comfy and clean.
the watersports guys were very helpful scheduling our various activities and helping you on/off the boats, the restaurant servers were responsive and helpful, housekeeping kept our room lovely and clean, and the front desk was also very pleasant for any request I had. The staff were lovely, so polite and we received great customer service e.g.
